The Farm Theater offers skill building workshops throughout the year. Our workshops connect early career artist with more experienced artists that generously share their knowledge. Our workshops focus on the development of the individual thru the development of craft and cultivating a community a support.
"The Farm Theater's’ Play Development class is a wonder. Not only is it a weekly place to learn the art and craft of playwriting, but you and your play are welcomed with dignity and respect. The environment of hard work builds self-confidence, which is sure to serve you well as you progress in the professional theatre world. But the biggest plus in the class is that you and your work have been listened to, heard, understood and appreciated, and that, quite frankly, is something that every artist deserves." Dianne Sposito, BRIO Award in Playwriting.
