The Farm Theater is an incubator of emerging talent. We collaborate with artists that are at a tipping point in their career and with a little bit of support will be able take the next step in their journey.
Our goal with workshops and productions is to cultivate artists.
When we invest in projects, we are investing in the artists in those projects.
In-House workshops:
Opportunity for artists to work with collaborators in a concentrated amount of time.
Artists to take risks and discover the full potential of their project.
Public readings:
Create the opportunity for the artist to benefit from the audience response.
To showcase the work and artists for potential producing partners.
Production:
Strengthen the artists thru experiencing the full production process.
Showcase all of the talents engaged in the creation of the production to the professional theater community.
The Farm Theater looks for ways to build partnerships with our productions. These partnerships deepens the relationship the early career artists has with other invested in their future and helps broaden the awareness of them in the theater community.

You want to believe that the cream always rises to top but unless somebody takes a chance on you and opens the door a little bit, it's just not gonna happen." - Lindsay Joy, playwright
